THE POWER OF COMPASSION

Kindness and compassion is something I try and instil in my daughters every single day. I was so excited to read that this is how one of my role models, Natarsha Belling, chooses to live her life (Feb/March). She has experienced adversity, with her son getting sick, but kindness and compassion towards others has always been at the forefront. It was also great to read that she has a loving marriage with plenty of heated debates. Funnily enough, I concur that this is the secret to a healthy relationship. It’s certainly worked for my marriage!

ADVICE THAT WORKS

I enjoyed reading your Best Diet Guide for weight loss in 2020 (Feb/March). As tempting as fad diets may be, I was excited to see the Mediterranean diet is still ranking high for weight loss. I feel this is an achievable way to eat that focuses primarily on health. Thanks for the great article.

TAKE A HIKE

I couldn’t agree more with Belinda Jackson’s piece, Brilliant Benefits of a Walking Holiday. (Aug/Sept). I really had to dig deep on a trip to Larapinta (NT) and I learnt a lot about who I really am.
