Loosen up with YOGA

To get digestion on track, try a twisting pose like this one (pictured above) to stimulate digestion. Sit with legs straight out in front of you. Bend your left knee

and cross left leg over your right leg, placing your left foot outside of the right knee. Wrap your right arm around the left leg, placing your left hand on the ground. Lengthen on the inhale and deepen the twist to your left on the exhale. Take 10 breaths, then repeat

on other side.
