Hutton Vale Farm in South Australia’s Barossa Valley is the picture-perfect location for our fashion shoot. It has been in one family for 170 years and today’s owners, Jan and John Angas, created our delicious Christmas feast (pages 88-89), with wine, lamb and preserves from the Angas family and farm-fresh produce from local growers. The Barossa is famous for its vineyards, but is also home to organic farmers and clever artisans who make it a world-class foodie destination.
