CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Serves 1 Prep time 5 minutes

5cm strip orange rind

1 sugar cube

5 drops Angostura bitters

⅔ cup (160ml) Veuve Monsigny Brut Champagne NV or sparkling wine

1. Slice orange rind thinly.

2. Place sugar cube in champagne glass; top with bitters then champagne. Garnish with rind.
