For A/W 20-21, minimalism meets vibrant color at Katharina Hovman. We’ll see sculptural coats in light, silky and colorful fabrics (with recycled down). A must-have for retailers are blouses and shirts in delicate microfiber taffeta, which the designer is known for. This techno fabric is dyed and woven in the Comer silk industry in northern Italy. For each collection she develops a new color spectrum. And because the yarn is dyed before weaving, the taffeta obtains a radiant and, above all, permanently lasting color brilliance – even after countless washes. www.katharinahovman.com
