Our teams have always maintained a close customer contact without the pandemic having to force us to establish this in the first place. Our employees even partly organize their customers' wardrobes, work with appointments and selections. This has benefited us during the lockdown.

What is new for us, on the other hand, is increased sales via our WhatsApp shopping service and via videos, product catalogues and reels on social media. The pandemic has also led us to work more intensively on a concept for our own online store alongside our Farfetch presence.
