Created by the U.S. Coalition on Sustainability and the Blue Chip Foundation, SustainChain is a systems-based technology platform built by and for sustainability practitioners. This open source network and community supports peer-to-peer collaboration and joint unified action across organizations based on supply chain sustainability objectives and shared challenges. Using machine learning and AI, the technology maps global efforts, providing insight into hotspots to facilitate efficiency and speed. It finds scalable solutions, funds innovations and forges partnerships in several areas, including education, gender and inequality; health and demography; energy decarbonization and sustainable industry; sustainable food, land, water and oceans; sustainable cities and communities; and digital revolution for sustainable impact. As this marketplace develops, the addition of retailers will unify efforts and hone circular fashion initiatives. Membership is free and invite-only at this time.
