We are facing more than 200 years of bad practices within the fashion and textile production system and trying to change it by only addressing it as a sustainable problem. As part of the education system, our responsibility is to integrate sustainability as a whole and not as a solo subject. When it comes to denim, the most important thing to do is to work hand in hand with the industry itself, students can be very creative, but they need contact with reality.
