Rich gold colour. At first slightly smoky on the nose, then with air lemon zest, sea salt, iodine and peach, some honey and wax. On the palate polished and with a clear course, cool fruit with well-integrated perlage, seems bone dry, ••• slightly salty finish, nice arch.
