Returning to running is different for everyone, but most new moms can benefit from the help of a pelvic f loor physiother­apist. We asked Elizabeth de Jong Westman of Treloar Physiother­apy Clinic in Vancouver, who has helped countless moms get back into running, about some of the issues they may encounter and resources to help them.
