Chilliwack and Abbotsford are home to one of Canada’s liveliest trail scenes and some of the country’s best trail runners

With all the trails located at the doorstep of the area’s two main cities, Abbotsford and Chilliwack, it’s no surprise that the Fraser Valley is now a hotbed of trail running, whose popularity has exploded with the birth of events like the Fraser Valley Trail Races and the Valley Vertikiller. Gary Robbins, Jenny Quilty, Katrina Abram, Ryan Shephard and Jordanne Stahl are just a few of the top Canadian trail runners who call the area home.
