Theragun Elite $549
The Theragun Elite, like the others, has multiple speeds and attachments, depending on the body part you’re working on. But its ergonomic handle, which allows you to easily reach your back, gives it a leg up over other brands. With the Addaday, I would ask a partner to help me, but the Theragun lets you reach everything on your own — especially spots in your posterior chain which can be harder to get at. The screen on the front shows the battery life, and a force meter indicates how much pressure you’re applying. The Theragun is particularly quiet, has a two-hour battery life and can be integrated with your smartphone via Bluetooth. The app helps you get the most out of your massage by recommending preset routines and suggesting how best to work on different body parts.
