These two refreshing, low-alcohol lagers will be your new summertime favourites. Little Norway (LCBO 449942, 473 mL, $3.10) from Gravenhurst’s Sawdust City, pours a yellow sunshine hue with fresh baguette and wildflower notes, a light body and crisp finish. Unifeye Craft Lager (LCBO 570044, 473 mL, $3.15) from Toronto’s Lost Craft has lively carbonation with notes of arrowroot biscuit and grassy hops. If you’re an IPA fan, opt for Doc Perdue’s Boxing Bruin IPA (LCBO 548313, 473 mL, $3.05) from Cowbell Brewing in Blyth; it’s pleasingly bitter with ripe tropical fruit aromas. And don’t miss tasting one of the hottest trends in beer right now, hazy IPAs, with Life in the Clouds (LCBO 556688, 473 mL, $3.45) from Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton. It looks like a glass of freshly squeezed lemonade and is bursting with aromas of passion fruit, guava and spicy green pepper.
