Ryan Rice

Ryan Rice, Kanien’kehá:ka of Kahnawake, is an independent curator and the Delaney Chair in Indigenous Visual Culture at OCAD University in Toronto. Most recently Rice served as Chief Curator at the IAIA Museum of Contemporary Native Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He was also Co-founder and former Director of the Aboriginal Curatorial Collective, and he currently sits on the Art Gallery of Ontario’s Education Council as well as the boards of the Ontario Association of Art Galleries and the Native American Arts Studies Association.
