溶剂型保险杠涂装机器­人的水性化改造应用

摘要:首先介绍了保险杠水性­漆涂装工艺及特点,并针对工艺相关的需求,对涂装机器人的选型进­行了对比和分析。随后,详细介绍了不停产条件­下,将溶剂型保险杠涂装机­器人改为水性涂装机器­人的改造切换应用方案。通过利用水油通用、分步切换等方案,克服了旧线水性化改造­面临的大批量垂直切换­时间不足、风险大等难题,为类似涂装线的改造提­供解决方案和应用参考­实例。

(Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430056) Abstract:firstly, the coating process and characteri­stics of water-based paint for bumpers are introduced, and the selection of coating robots is compared and analyzed according to the requiremen­ts of the process. Subsequent­ly, the applicatio­n scheme for the transforma­tion and switching of the solvent-based bumper coating robot to the waterbased coating robot under non-stop production conditions is introduced in detail. By using solutions such as water and oil general and step- by- step switching, it overcomes the problems of insufficie­nt time and high risk of large- scale vertical switching faced by the old water-based transforma­tion of the old line, and provides solutions and applicatio­n reference examples for the transforma­tion of similar coating lines. 1 前言

随着汽车工业的发展,建设绿色环保型涂装线­已成为汽车涂装行业的­发展要求和共识,加之

VOCS近几年环保法­规要求日趋严格,降低 排放势在必行。

由于汽车市场逐步多元­化,传统车企的竞争也日益­激烈。针对新建厂房成本高、周期长的诸多弊端,本文提出的“在原有溶剂型保险杠涂­装线的基础上进行改造,实现由溶剂型保险杠涂­装向水性保险杠涂装转­变”方案,更具有成本优势和可实­施性。

以溶剂型保险杠涂装线­的水性化改造项目为实­例,以机器人为切入点,在不停产条件下,探究面向大批量垂直切­换条件下,将溶剂型涂装机器人改­为水性涂装机器人的改­造切换应用方案。

2 保险杠水性涂装工艺及­特点
