溶剂型保险杠涂装机器人的水性化改造应用

摘要:首先介绍了保险杠水性漆涂装工艺及特点,并针对工艺相关的需求,对涂装机器人的选型进行了对比和分析。随后,详细介绍了不停产条件下,将溶剂型保险杠涂装机器人改为水性涂装机器人的改造切换应用方案。通过利用水油通用、分步切换等方案,克服了旧线水性化改造面临的大批量垂直切换时间不足、风险大等难题,为类似涂装线的改造提供解决方案和应用参考实例。

(Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., Wuhan 430056) Abstract:firstly, the coating process and characteristics of water-based paint for bumpers are introduced, and the selection of coating robots is compared and analyzed according to the requirements of the process. Subsequently, the application scheme for the transformation and switching of the solvent-based bumper coating robot to the waterbased coating robot under non-stop production conditions is introduced in detail. By using solutions such as water and oil general and step- by- step switching, it overcomes the problems of insufficient time and high risk of large- scale vertical switching faced by the old water-based transformation of the old line, and provides solutions and application reference examples for the transformation of similar coating lines. 1 前言
随着汽车工业的发展,建设绿色环保型涂装线已成为汽车涂装行业的发展要求和共识,加之
VOCS近几年环保法规要求日趋严格,降低 排放势在必行。
由于汽车市场逐步多元化,传统车企的竞争也日益激烈。针对新建厂房成本高、周期长的诸多弊端,本文提出的“在原有溶剂型保险杠涂装线的基础上进行改造,实现由溶剂型保险杠涂装向水性保险杠涂装转变”方案,更具有成本优势和可实施性。
以溶剂型保险杠涂装线的水性化改造项目为实例,以机器人为切入点,在不停产条件下,探究面向大批量垂直切换条件下,将溶剂型涂装机器人改为水性涂装机器人的改造切换应用方案。
2 保险杠水性涂装工艺及特点
