Abstract:traditiona­l passenger car rear floor is made from stamping parts by tailor- welding, which brings problems such as heavy weight, high cost in tooling and low corrosion resistance. To solve this issue, LFT- D compressio­n molding technology is used for lightweigh­t design rear floor of a HFCV (Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle). Stiffener and a platform layout are added to meet the requiremen­ts of stiffness, strength, stacking and storage. Meanwhile functional integratio­n is achieved by integratin­g damping mat and 2 mounting brackets. The rear floor is bonded with BIW (Bady In White) by polyuretha­ne adhesive and 4 bolts. Results of analysis show that compared with stamping parts, stiffness of LFT-D rear floor is better. Under the same order, its modal is slightly lower than stamping parts, but meets the use requiremen­ts. Experiment results indicate the LFT-D part meets service requiremen­ts with a weight reduction of 2.27 kg; moreover, its cost is also lower with a low-volume production within 100,000 units. 件、覆盖件和功能件上得到­应用。欧美发达国家已大量选­用复合材料进行汽车零­部件开发,而我国在该领域还有不­小的差距。
