同步工程在车身焊装工艺中的应用

摘要:汽车产业的快速发展,导致车型更新速度不断加快,缩短产品开发周期成为汽车品牌保持竞争力的关键因素。同步工程与车身焊装工艺结合,通过工艺分析,制作产品改善提案,在产品开发初期解决制造过程中可能出现的设计缺陷,降低了设计变更数量,同时将白车身焊装制造质量控制提前到产品设计阶段。同步工程能够缩短产品开发周期,降低产品开发成本,与汽车产业发展要求相契合,其在车身焊装工艺中的应用前景十分广阔。

Synchronous engineering is combined with the body welding process, through process analysis, product improvement proposals are made, design defects that may occur in the manufacturing process are solved in the early stage of product development, the number of design changes is reduced, and the quality control of body-in-white welding manufacturing is advanced to the product design phase. Synchronous engineering can shorten the product development cycle, reduce product development costs, and meet the development requirements of the automotive industry. 1 前言
Simultaneous Engineering,se同步工程( )是一种现代工程技术方法,它站在产品设计与制造全过程的高度,更加强调参与协同工作的效应及同步的产品开发方式。汽车焊装工艺同步工程是指在概念设计阶段、工程设计阶段和工装招标准备阶段,以白车身为对象进行的包括车身结构、成本、工艺、主断面、焊接可行性和定位夹紧计划等
焊接工艺性分析。根据经验及标准,对产品设计过程和制造过程提出合理化建议,使产品更加满足制造工艺性要求,更加容易保证车身品质[1]

2 焊装SE的必要性汽车车身为复杂的空间壳体,一般由400~450个大小不一的冲压件组合而成。单独的冲压件自身刚性差,要想将这些冲压件焊成高精度的车身总成,需在一定的工艺装备中进行定形、定位并夹紧,
