摘要:针对目前汽车行业新能源汽车发展日新月益,纯电动车作为国家战略,越来越被重视。电动机作为核心部件,驱动力输出可靠性及稳定性是各大汽车厂追求的目标。创新地提出利用螺栓自动拧紧机,精确控制驱动半轴和电动机的装配工艺和反向力测试。通过理论计算,设计出齿轮传动机构和滑轨机构,通过
CATIA PLC
进行了三维设计。加工出实物设备应用到现场。电气方面通过进行安全监控,输出和反向测试实时将结果输入生产质量监控系统。通过稳定性测试,极大节省装配时间和提高装配可靠性和生产效率。

Abstract: At present, the new energy vehicle industry develops rapidly, and China attaches increasing importance to the development of electric vehicle as a national strategy. Electrical motor, as the core part, reliability and stability of its driving power output are also the goals of the major automakers. This paper innovatively proposes the use of automatic bolt tightening machine to accurately control the assembly process and reverse force test of the drive axle shaft and motor. Through theoretical calculation, the gear drive and slide rail mechanism are designed, and the 3D design is carried out by CATIA. The electrical passes the safety monitoring through PLC, the output and the reverse test results are input into the production quality monitoring system in real-time. The stability test shows that the assembly time is shortened, the assembly reliability and production efficiency are improved greatly.
