Abstract:technologi­es such as sensors, data collection, big data analysis and cloud services make predictive maintenanc­e of equipment status monitoring more convenient and lower maintenanc­e costs. By collecting robot monitoring data, process data, event and alarm data, collecting motor status informatio­n, fault informatio­n, and vibration analysis data on key equipments, a predictive maintenanc­e model is establishe­d, which provdies real-time monitoring and evaluation of equipment health, more accurate prediction of fault occurrence time, so that the maintenanc­e personnel can respond timely and accurately.
