Abstract:technologies such as sensors, data collection, big data analysis and cloud services make predictive maintenance of equipment status monitoring more convenient and lower maintenance costs. By collecting robot monitoring data, process data, event and alarm data, collecting motor status information, fault information, and vibration analysis data on key equipments, a predictive maintenance model is established, which provdies real-time monitoring and evaluation of equipment health, more accurate prediction of fault occurrence time, so that the maintenance personnel can respond timely and accurately.
