Simulation and Influence Factors Analysis of Side Panel Stamping

2.State Key Laboratory of Automotive Simulation and Control, Jilin University, Changchun 130022) Abstract:in order to improve the efficiency of component process design, a finite element simulation model of stamping forming is establishe­d by using software Dynaform. In the process of numerical simulation, it is determined that the wrinkle and fracture defects can be effectivel­y improved when the blank holding force is changed to 1 800 kn and the draw bead height is added to 4 mm. This research method can provide guidance and basis for the process design of the side panel. Key words: Side panel, Stamping simulation, Process supplement­ary, Process parameters
