Simulation and Influence Factors Analysis of Side Panel Stamping

In the process of numerical simulation, it is determined that the wrinkle and fracture defects can be effectively improved when the blank holding force is changed to 1 800 kn and the draw bead height is added to 4 mm. This research method can provide guidance and basis for the process design of the side panel. Key words: Side panel, Stamping simulation, Process supplementary, Process parameters
