Simulation Analysis of Logistics System of the Welding Workshop at Hongqi Factory Fanrong Branch

Abstract：based on premise of known workshop general layout, process flow, equipment parameters, the scheme of the welding shop at Hongqi Factory Fanrong Branch is simulated, including analysis of production capacity, number of side wall sling, number of slide, and the optimal number of sling and slide is determined when the production capacity is reached, in addition, cache of the air line is analyzed, the platform used in this paper is simulation software Plant Simulation. The main problems in the project scheme are indicated in the conclusion, and the number of slide and side wall sling is tested and the optimal combination is obtained.
