Exploration on IIOT Edge Containerization in Painting Workshop

Abstract：the traditional SCADA applications are upgrading from pure Ot（operation Technology）platforms to new systems that combine the latest IIOT platform technologies, highly integrated MES system functions. Based on the analysis of the challenges of SCADA and IIOT platform, this paper puts forward the idea of containerized IIOT edge design. According to the issues to be solved in the edge application of IIOT, the double loop model structure is designed, and the advantages of using microservice architecture and container technologies in edge application are analyzed. The application of the double loop model is demonstrated by the description of the microservice architecture of the intelligent application of temperature and humidity control and the container deployment of the components.
