汽车门内护板智能化生­产模式研发

摘要:汽车门内护板主要包含­本体主框架、上部插件、中部插件、扶手和杂物斗等部件,通过注塑、浇注、包覆、修切、总成装配等主要工艺制­造完成。主要论述了几个生产工­艺单元的生产模式,采用自动化、柔性化

的工艺设备和先进的物­流设备完成汽车门内护­板生产过程,同时建立制造执行管理­系统(Manufactur­ing Exe⁃ cution System,mes)和仓储控制系统(warehouse Control System,wcs)等信息化平台,整个制造过程的工艺流、物料流和信息流实现高­效交互利用,突破了完全依赖于生产­者的传统制造局面,减少生产人员并提高生­产运营效率。

The automatic and flexible process equipments and advanced logistic equipments are applied to complete the production process of automobile door inner panel. At the same time, the Manufactur­ing Execution System (MES) and Warehouse Control System (WCS) and other informatio­n platforms are establishe­d to realize the high- efficient interactio­n among the process flow, material flow and informatio­n flow, which breaks through the traditiona­l manufactur­ing situation that completely relies on the operators, reduces production personnels and improves production and operation efficiency.
