Abstract: Isothermal normalization process test is conducted with different heating temperature and heat preservation time for Cr-mo alloy carburized steel thick-walled tooth sleeve forging blank, and the suitable isothermal normalization process parameters for this type of tooth sleeve forging blank is finally confirmed to be 620 ℃×4 h. After the isothermal normalization treatment, the forging blank will not have any abnormal structure such as bainite or martensite in the forging skin position, and there is no broach damage during the subsequent processing.
