Application and Management of Material Technology in New Automobile Product Development

Abstract： This paper sums up the application and management of material technology in new automobile product development stage, including material database construction and application, new material application research, material cost target & achievement, material audit, material test, material approval, material problem solution and improvement. The paper also briefly introduces the work contents and matters to focus on, in order to guide material technicians to take part in product development and provide technical support to improve product strength.
