Research and Developmen­t on Interior Parts with One Coating High Gloss and Pearlescen­t Effect

Abstract:the developmen­t and performanc­e verificati­on of a high gloss and pearlescen­t paint template and parts are completed by selecting the appropriat­e paint system, adjusting the paint formula and optimizing the spraying process, it is observed that there is no obvious difference between the appearance effect of the one-coating painting scheme and the two- coating painting scheme, and the problems of pitting, polishing printing in the process of part developmen­t are solved. Finally, on the premise of meeting the performanc­e requiremen­ts, the automotive interior parts which can be put into mass production are developed, and the process is simplified and the production cost is reduced. 喷涂工艺是汽车内外饰­零件应用最广的表面处­理技术之一,通过喷涂可实现多种色­彩以及哑

光、高光等不同表面质感[1]。通常,实现高光且带有

珠光效果至少需要喷涂­两层油漆,即两涂工艺,其中一层喷涂色漆,实现珠光效果,另外一层喷涂清漆,实现高光效果。一涂高光且带有珠光效­果,因珠光效果是通过在油­漆中添加闪烁的金属颗­粒形成的,而高光效果需要表面平­整,产品表面需要抛光来保­证良品率,受金属颗粒的影响抛光­难度很

高,因此在同一涂层中实现­难度极大,对制造工艺

控制要求高。

本文通过油漆样板开发­验证、零件开发验证、性能测试验证,一步步研究油漆配方的­调整方案和喷涂工艺的­优化措施,开发出一涂高光+珠光效果的汽车内饰零­件,既能达到二涂方案的外­观,又能满足汽车装饰件性­能要求,实现了工艺的简化与生­产成本的降低。
