Research and Development on Interior Parts with One Coating High Gloss and Pearlescent Effect

Abstract:the development and performance verification of a high gloss and pearlescent paint template and parts are completed by selecting the appropriate paint system, adjusting the paint formula and optimizing the spraying process, it is observed that there is no obvious difference between the appearance effect of the one-coating painting scheme and the two- coating painting scheme, and the problems of pitting, polishing printing in the process of part development are solved. Finally, on the premise of meeting the performance requirements, the automotive interior parts which can be put into mass production are developed, and the process is simplified and the production cost is reduced. 喷涂工艺是汽车内外饰零件应用最广的表面处理技术之一,通过喷涂可实现多种色彩以及哑
光、高光等不同表面质感[1]。通常,实现高光且带有
珠光效果至少需要喷涂两层油漆,即两涂工艺,其中一层喷涂色漆,实现珠光效果,另外一层喷涂清漆,实现高光效果。一涂高光且带有珠光效果,因珠光效果是通过在油漆中添加闪烁的金属颗粒形成的,而高光效果需要表面平整,产品表面需要抛光来保证良品率,受金属颗粒的影响抛光难度很
高,因此在同一涂层中实现难度极大,对制造工艺
控制要求高。
本文通过油漆样板开发验证、零件开发验证、性能测试验证,一步步研究油漆配方的调整方案和喷涂工艺的优化措施,开发出一涂高光+珠光效果的汽车内饰零件,既能达到二涂方案的外观,又能满足汽车装饰件性能要求,实现了工艺的简化与生产成本的降低。
