高柔性白车身主拼技术的研究与应用

摘要:白车身主拼是指将地板、侧围、顶盖横梁分总成拼合后,焊接成一个精确、稳定车身结构的工艺。高柔性白车身主拼技术主要研究提高生产线柔性,解决白车身主拼工位车型混流能力低的问题,是汽车焊装核心技术,对汽车焊装工艺的进步与发展有重要意义。通过设计一种高柔性白车身主拼系统,放弃地板、
AGV侧围、顶盖横梁定位夹具自身混流方式,改为车型专属定位夹具,结合 物流转运和线外立体库自动存取技术,消除主拼柔性能力对白车身产品一致性和工艺面积的强要求,最终实现高柔性生产需求。该技术适合应用于高端汽车品牌,满足车型个性化、定制化需求。

Abstract:body- In- White(biw) main assembly assembling and welding refers to the process of welding the floor, side wall, roof beam and other sub-assemblies into a precise and stable body structure after the above parts are assembled. High-flexibility BIW assembling and welding technologies that need to improve the flexibility of production lines, solve the problem of low mixed flow capacity of BIW assembling & welding station models, are the core technologies of automobile welding, and are of great significance to the progress and development of automobile welding process. By designing a highly flexible BIW assembling and welding system, which abandoned the floor, side wall, self mixed- flow mode of top cover beam positioning fixture, and changed to the model- specific positioning fixture, and combined with AGV logistics transfer and off-line three-dimensional library automatic access technology, eliminated the mandatory requirements of the assembling & welding flexibility ability on the consistency and process area of the BIW product, and finally realized the high flexibility production. The technologies are suitable for high-end car brands and meets the demadns of individualized and customized models.
