高柔性白车身主拼技术­的研究与应用

摘要:白车身主拼是指将地板、侧围、顶盖横梁分总成拼合后,焊接成一个精确、稳定车身结构的工艺。高柔性白车身主拼技术­主要研究提高生产线柔­性,解决白车身主拼工位车­型混流能力低的问题,是汽车焊装核心技术,对汽车焊装工艺的进步­与发展有重要意义。通过设计一种高柔性白­车身主拼系统,放弃地板、

AGV侧围、顶盖横梁定位夹具自身­混流方式,改为车型专属定位夹具,结合 物流转运和线外立体库­自动存取技术,消除主拼柔性能力对白­车身产品一致性和工艺­面积的强要求,最终实现高柔性生产需­求。该技术适合应用于高端­汽车品牌,满足车型个性化、定制化需求。

Abstract:body- In- White(biw) main assembly assembling and welding refers to the process of welding the floor, side wall, roof beam and other sub-assemblies into a precise and stable body structure after the above parts are assembled. High-flexibilit­y BIW assembling and welding technologi­es that need to improve the flexibilit­y of production lines, solve the problem of low mixed flow capacity of BIW assembling & welding station models, are the core technologi­es of automobile welding, and are of great significan­ce to the progress and developmen­t of automobile welding process. By designing a highly flexible BIW assembling and welding system, which abandoned the floor, side wall, self mixed- flow mode of top cover beam positionin­g fixture, and changed to the model- specific positionin­g fixture, and combined with AGV logistics transfer and off-line three-dimensiona­l library automatic access technology, eliminated the mandatory requiremen­ts of the assembling & welding flexibilit­y ability on the consistenc­y and process area of the BIW product, and finally realized the high flexibilit­y production. The technologi­es are suitable for high-end car brands and meets the demadns of individual­ized and customized models.
