汽车用钢板焊接过程中等离子体产生及控制方法研究

(鞍钢钢材加工配送(长春)有限公司,长春摘要:汽车用激光拼焊板加工对焊接系统的稳定性要求高,焊接过程中产生的等离子体对焊接过程的稳定性产生较大不利影响。为了有效降低等离子体对激光拼焊板焊接过程的干扰,采用保护气体吹扫方法对等离子体进行驱散和消除。通过高速相机监控,可直观观察到等离子体的状态,对比不同方法去除等离子体的效果。在焊接过程中采用保护气体吹扫法可有效降低等离子体的影响,辅助压缩空气吹扫法、吸尘法可最大程度减少等离子干扰,是比较理想的等离子体控制方法。

(CCAS (Changchun) Steel Service Center Ltd., Changchun 130103) Abstract:the operation of laser tailor welded blanks for automobile requires high stability of the welding system, and the plasma produced in the welding process has adverse impact on the stability of the welding process. In order to effectively reduce the interference of plasma on the welding process of laser tailor welded blanks, shielding gas purging is used to disperse and eliminate the plasma. The state of plasma can be observed intuitively through the monitoring of high- speed camera, and the effects of plasma removal by different methods can be compared. In the welding process, the shielding gas purging method can effectively reduce the influence of plasma, and the auxiliary compressed air purging method and dust suction method can minimize the interference of plasma, which are ideal plasma control methods. 激光拼焊板技术在汽车车身设计制造中的应

用已经有 年,德国建立了第一套激光焊接板材定制系统,开始用于生产奥迪汽车底板,采用激光拼焊板对于汽车轻量化、减少模具种类和数量等成效显著;因此,现在几乎所有的汽车制造商都已在汽车生产中大量使用激光拼焊板。激光拼焊板是将两块板材边缘对接到一起,激光器稳定输出激光并聚焦到两块板材拼缝的对接处,通过激光输出的高能量瞬间熔化两块板材对接的部位,形成焊接熔池,冷却后两块板材被焊接到一起,完成焊接。在焊接过程中,由于高温等离子的存在,影响焊接熔深,如果等离
