汽车内饰材料感知质量表征现状及技术路线初步探索

摘要:基于汽车内饰材料感知质量的表征状况及企业技术需求,综合对比分析了汽车感知质量表征现4状,并从材料触觉、视觉、嗅觉、听觉 个感知维度出发,提出内饰材料感知质量的表征技术路线。该技术路线综合考虑了每个维度的研究现状、消费者的主观满意度评价及材料客观物理性能,希望能够更好地支持与服务主机厂在汽车内饰材料感知质量领域深入发展,达到提高整车品质的目的。

Chongqing 401133) Abstract:based on the characterization status of the perceived quality of automotive interior materials and the technical requirements of enterprises, this paper compared and analyzed comprehensively automotive perceived quality characterization status, and proposed a technical route for the characterization of the perceived quality of interior materials from 4 perceived dimensions of material touch, vision, smell and auditory. This technical route comprehensively considers the research status for each dimension, the subjective satisfaction evaluation of consumers and the objective physical properties of materials, intends to better support in- depth development of OEMS in the field of perceived quality of automotive interior materials to improve the quality of the vehicle. 随着汽车行业发展及消费者对体验的需求持续提升,“感知质量”逐渐替代了节油耐用等基础需求,成为影响消费者购车的重要因素,也越来越被各大汽车公司所关注。尤其在乘用车领域,汽车开发流程中纷纷引入“感知质量”,进行目标建
[1]。然而,汽车内饰材料感知质量立、分解及验收部分,行业内还基本停留在主观评价上,例如材料是否有质感,材质是否高档等较宽泛、笼统的主观概念阶段,始终无法避免测评人员本身的主观影响。现在研究人员已经意识到这种评价方法的片面性及主观性,并联合脑电、眼动及面部表情等客观生理表现进行了大量的研究,但始终未能避免
