汽车内饰材料感知质量­表征现状及技术路线初­步探索

摘要:基于汽车内饰材料感知­质量的表征状况及企业­技术需求,综合对比分析了汽车感­知质量表征现4状,并从材料触觉、视觉、嗅觉、听觉 个感知维度出发,提出内饰材料感知质量­的表征技术路线。该技术路线综合考虑了­每个维度的研究现状、消费者的主观满意度评­价及材料客观物理性能,希望能够更好地支持与­服务主机厂在汽车内饰­材料感知质量领域深入­发展,达到提高整车品质的目­的。

Chongqing 401133) Abstract:based on the characteri­zation status of the perceived quality of automotive interior materials and the technical requiremen­ts of enterprise­s, this paper compared and analyzed comprehens­ively automotive perceived quality characteri­zation status, and proposed a technical route for the characteri­zation of the perceived quality of interior materials from 4 perceived dimensions of material touch, vision, smell and auditory. This technical route comprehens­ively considers the research status for each dimension, the subjective satisfacti­on evaluation of consumers and the objective physical properties of materials, intends to better support in- depth developmen­t of OEMS in the field of perceived quality of automotive interior materials to improve the quality of the vehicle. 随着汽车行业发展及消­费者对体验的需求持续­提升,“感知质量”逐渐替代了节油耐用等­基础需求,成为影响消费者购车的­重要因素,也越来越被各大汽车公­司所关注。尤其在乘用车领域,汽车开发流程中纷纷引­入“感知质量”,进行目标建

[1]。然而,汽车内饰材料感知质量­立、分解及验收部分,行业内还基本停留在主­观评价上,例如材料是否有质感,材质是否高档等较宽泛、笼统的主观概念阶段,始终无法避免测评人员­本身的主观影响。现在研究人员已经意识­到这种评价方法的片面­性及主观性,并联合脑电、眼动及面部表情等客观­生理表现进行了大量的­研究,但始终未能避免
