HOMES TSIM SHA TSUI | “WE AIMED TO EVOKE THE FEEL OF A LUXURY RESIDENCE WHERE COMFORT, CREATIVITY AND CHARACTER COLLIDE” When London-based interior design and architecture studio Fiona Barratt Interiors was approached to envision an inclusive environment for a hotel penthouse apartment at K11 Artus, Fiona Barratt-Campbell, the award-winning designer and founder of the creative practice, knew that an art-infused living environment was the way forward. “To encompass the philosophy of K11’s Artisanal Movement, we aimed to evoke the feel of a luxury residence where comfort, creativity and character collide,” says Fiona. “The home away from home is at once familiar, personal, inclusive and inspiring while appealing to a wide demographic of high net worth, creative individuals.” Featuring three double ensuite bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a dining and living area, and a designated study area, the spacious property is punctuated with a wealth of bespoke accents, such as joinery, furniture and custom lighting fixtures, for an indulgent experience. Sumptuous fabrics, wallcoverings and bespoke rugs are also in place to enhance the livability and warmth of the apartment.
