The Mandarin Grill is a treat to visit. While it’s situated in the famed Mandarin Oriental, the contemporary restaurant with a specialty grill focus exhibited old world charms with modern comfort and elegance. It’s easy to cosy up in the dining room or lounge area by the entrance, and enjoy a casual lobster bisque or beef roast with a pint. The menu features classic steakhouse fare with an added international twist of Asian inspired seafood dishes and fancy desserts.

While diners feel at ease, service is on par with fine dining with the bread trolleys, tableside service and myriad of amuse bouche and petit fours. With a feature page in the menu titled “Classics”, dishes include the restaurants take on lobster bisque and house-smoked salmon; all well executed and flavourful. Service was friendly yet imitable to fine dining. The restaurant is suitable for any event including occasional urge to hideaway and dine alone.
