The main dining area is a sizable room surrounded by floor-toceiling windows, inviting natural light during the day and a full view of the city lights in the evening. Steaks are predominantly Australian, with a few from the US on offer, best accompanied by with a number of impressive side dishes and variations of potato to choose from; while fries and potato gratin come highly recommended, it is the hash browns that are perfectly executed, served with a dollop of sour cream, scallions and crisp bits of bacon.
