Spring Moon evokes elegant teahouses of yore with its polished dark woods and stained glass panels. The focal point is the tea bar— tea here is more than a drink to chug down alongside dim sum— the tea sommelier can assist with pairing each dish. The menu is vast, with something for everyone, whether or not you’re familiar with Cantonese food. Be sure to try the house XO sauce, which is believed to have been invented here in the 1980s.
