It would be easy for the food at La Rambla to be overshadowed by the setting, 5,000 sq ft of prime real estate with sprawling terrace and panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. Chef Ferran Tadeo however, is up to the task, turning out inspired takes on ingredientled regional Catalan cuisine. You can’t go wrong with the truffle bikini sandwich, the king crab cocotte, suckling pig or red prawn paella, and there are plenty of lesserknown varietals on its Spanish-focused wine list.
