Pirata Group’s pizza restaurant is a runaway hit, with a second location in Wan Chai opened a few months after its first outlet started operations. Warm ambience fills the restaurant equipped with a semiopen kitchen where freshly made dough is turned into crisp cheese-topped thincrust pizzas. The menu is petite with snacks such as crisp deep fried gnocco and refreshing salads. Pizza Project also offers a chefselection tasting menu for sharing.
