Offering a rich range of colourful dishes from diverse regions, The Golden Peacock has been the standard bearer for Indian cuisine in Macau since it first opened. The chef makes a point of serving both traditional as well as unique, modern creations that push the boundaries of what is perceived to be ‘authentic’, but every dish remains Indian at its core, with spice blends and bread made in-house.
