The cuisine of Myanmar is not widely represented in Hong Kong, and Club Rangoon has sought to rejuvenate the conversation around this vibrant food culture. It’s a deeply personal project of founder Nelson Htoo, and on the menu you’ll find a contemporary reimagining of dishes such as mohinga, tea leaf salad and deeply flavoured curries.
