The self-styled contemporary FrenchVietnamese brasserie serves up a fun mural, Parisian bistro wicker chairs and fresh, vibrant flavours inspired by Saigon. Grilled proteins with plenty of smokey char are the signatures here, to be eaten as DIY rice paper rolls with plenty of aromatic herbs, crisp lettuce leaves, rice vermicelli and house-made pickles. Wines are French and service is sharp, with all that Black Sheep moxie right on the most happening slope by Star Street Precinct.
