It’s no wonder really, given how uniformly magnificent everything that comes out of chef David Lai’s kitchen is. The menu revolves around seasonality, other than the transcendent chocolate tart dessert, which must remain for eternity; the local saltbaked chicken and market-fresh fish and seafood are always good bets.
