It was the end of an era when The InterConti­nental Hong Kong closed for a multi-year renovation and rebranding, but thankfully the veteran staff of the hotel's iconic steakhouse (including chef Calvin Choi) have come to The Steak Room to continue their work instead. The handsome restaurant offers some of the finest cuts of beef from around the globe, prepared as expertly as you'd expect of a worldclass steakhouse.
