Sichuan Moon offers opulent, contemporary Sichuan fare by the unofficial figurehead of Asian fine dining chefs, André Chiang. Although the degustation menu is a whopping 20-odd courses long, it manages to delight and excite at every turn. Each dish is inspired by a philosophy, dish, or ingredient that is distinctively Sichuanese, from dandan noodles to erjingtiao chillies, reimagined with Chiang’s Frenchinflected touch, and punctuated with samples of fine Chinese teas, liquors, wine and cocktails.
