Think bistro classics like seafood platters and hearty, meat dishes, all with the same attentive service you’d expect at any of his fine dining restaurants. One of our favourites is the Fernande Allard frog legs prepared with the holy trinity of butter, garlic and parsley – an homage to the celebrated Parisian bistro that’s now under the care of Ducasse.
