TATLER SAYS

Gishiki is inspired by the Noh theatre and traditional Japanese performances, reflected in the elements of theatricality in the cocktails such as the use of dramatic ice in the shape of a female demon, and flamboyant garnishes and glassware. The drinks themselves are experimental and incorporate Japanese ingredients, and make for an entertaining way to start the evening.
