Covid made us take a long hard look at how we operate, and what changes we needed to implement to become more sustainably minded. It gave us the chance to slow down and re-examine our practices; over the past year, we have removed bottled water entirely across The Arcane Collective, increased our vegetarian offerings and continued to source more produce from local organic farms by fostering relationships. I'm very proud of my team— it certainly wasn't easy but ultimately, it's a testament to their resilience and dedication.
