Kitchen offers healthconscious pescatarian cuisine focused on sustainability and local producers, thanks to the hotel’s “Partners in Provenance” initiative. A light, spacious interior with a large open kitchen at its centre, it’s a laid-back, welcoming space; staff are friendly and wellinformed, although sometimes difficult to get hold of. The bright Mediterraneaninspired menu allows the seafood’s quality to shine. The wine selection is limited in size but offers a good geographical spread, with a tempting variety of fresh juices and smoothies also available.
