Kitchen offers healthcons­cious pescataria­n cuisine focused on sustainabi­lity and local producers, thanks to the hotel’s “Partners in Provenance” initiative. A light, spacious interior with a large open kitchen at its centre, it’s a laid-back, welcoming space; staff are friendly and wellinform­ed, although sometimes difficult to get hold of. The bright Mediterran­eaninspire­d menu allows the seafood’s quality to shine. The wine selection is limited in size but offers a good geographic­al spread, with a tempting variety of fresh juices and smoothies also available.
