Featuring a butcher shop upfront, and cosy banquettes in the back, Black Sheep’s Italian steakhouse oozes charm in every corner. The restaurant is famed for its large, dry-aged USDA Super Prime steaks that are seasoned with their own signature blend of spices and cooked on a custom-made Tuscan broiler. Aside from steak, they also serve a few starters and pasta choices, with the most popular options being the refreshing pecorino al Fieno, cheese with fresh pear and thymeinfus­ed honey; and the garganelli omaggio a Trattoria Cammillo, a beef ragu that’s surprising­ly light— a positive, since their steaks are already so heavy in flavour.
