Seated in upholstered nooks at carved wooden tables, diners can expect a menu celebrating the Argentine tradition of asado— grilling and charcoal-roasting over open flame. Generous platters of sirloin and chateaubriand, or other animal proteins of choice are accompanied by one of the most exhaustive Argentinian wine lists in town: sourced principally from three of the country's leading terroirs.
