Breathing new life into the concept of plant-based dining in Hong Kong, chef Tina Barrat’s Soho-based Ma... and the Seeds of Life is not just for vegans. The menu— which eschews meat, dairy and processed foods—presents creative plant-based alternatives to culinary classics, including the “Chiaviar”, made with chia seed and cashew sour cream or the signature “FauxGras” served tatinstyle alongside roasted apple and gingerbread. As well as their plantbased dishes, which are as aesthetically pleasing as they are great-tasting, Ma offers a selection of vegan and low-alcohol wines, along with a creative cocktail and mocktail menu.
