Now boasting a full sake cellar, the tasting menu reflect the sterling standards of high-end Tokyo omakase. It’s indeed contemporary Edomae at its finest, interpreted by the chef’s emphatically polished punk flair and flow—the serving of hot dishes first, sushi and then sashimi keeps even the most jaded omakase aficionados guessing giddily.
