Ensconced within Cordis above the hustle and bustle of Mong Kok, this elegant restaurant has been serving refined modern Cantonese cuisine for more than a decade. Service is as expected for a hotel, but may be curt at times— especially when packed with the lunch crowd who flock here for the ambrosial dim sum. Noteworthy dishes include their classic stuffed crab shell, and chef Li Yuet Fai’s interpreta­tion of traditiona­l Cantonese roast goose with the earthy, herbal addition of Chinese angelica root. A variety of creative set menus featuring their awardwinni­ng dishes are available for both lunch and dinner.
